The 19th International Symposium on Fish Nutrition and Feeding (ISFNF) will be held in Busan, South Korea, from May 31 to June 5.

The scope of ISFNF is to advance all aspects of aquatic animal nutrition research. The presentations (invited, oral and poster) include original research, important scientific issues and the identification of needs for additional research in critical areas. The event also provides a vital platform for exchanging information on emerging issues. The ISFNF brings together researchers, industry, government and other stakeholders to identify and address constraints limiting aquaculture production, fish health and food safety, and recognize the need for adopting approaches based on new knowledge, emerging technology and novel ideas. The main objectives of this biennial event are to:​

  • Promote advancement in fish and crustacean nutrition science, research and development through international cooperation at the global level.
  • Encourage communication and collaboration among nutrition scientists as well as to disseminate information in aquatic nutritional sciences through modern communication technology.
