Registration for design of food extrusion dies course closes soon

The design of food extrusion dies course will be held in Switzerland and registration closes on January 31. More processing courses are available in South Africa, Chile and Norway.

FiE in conjunction with FoodStream and the University of Applied Sciences & Arts Western Switzerland Valais will hold the design of extrusion dies course in Sion, Switzerland from February 10 – 12. The course covers the theory and practice of designing dies for extrusion systems. The program is relevant to the production of all types of extruded products including aquafeeds.
