Almex, the well-known extruder and expander specialist, has joined the Triott Group. 

Triott Group, parent company of Ottevanger Milling Engineers, Wynveen International, Inteqnion, TSC and PTN, has acquired a majority share in Almex.

Almex proprietors, Jaap and Robbert Veenendaal, said they see opportunities that will allow the Almex business to develop further and enlarge their market in cooperation with the other Triott Group business units. 

For the Triott Group it means an addition of the sixth successful business unit, broadening the scope of the group further and making it more complete. By adding Almex to the portfolio Triott\'s existing business units and Almex will gain acess to each other\'s networks and markets. 

Jaap and Robbert Veenendaal, the two previous sole owners of Almex, will continue to manage the daily business at Almex.
