The Round Table on Responsible Soy Association (RTRS) announces the first RTRS Awards that will recognize some of the leading contributions to sustainable soy practices.
Hosted at the RTRS annual international conference in Utrecht, Netherlands on June 11-12, the 2019 RTRS Awards will celebrate individuals, organizations or partnerships that have contributed to a significant positive change in the sector. Nominees will need to show, by submitting supporting information and material, which were their contributions to the sector, how they helped influence, create alliances, promote and/or implement sustainable agricultural practices and build sustainable supply chains.
The categories for the 2019 RTRS Awards are as follows:
- Award for sustainable partnerships.
- Award for leading-edge soy production management.
- Award for drivers of sustainable soy value chains.
Candidates send an email to info@responsiblesoy.org and laura.villegas@responsiblesoy.org with the following information:
- Full contact details: complete name of the individual or the organization, e-mail address, business address and telephone number.
- The category/ies in which the person or organization is nominated.
- A description of the reasons why the candidate deserves to win the award in the category/ies in which is being nominated.
