Join Australian extrusion course

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all events scheduled for 2020 and also the international courses organized by FiE. Most of them have been rescheduled to 2021 with the exception of the Australian extrusion course that will be held from July 22 – 24, 2020 in Monash Food Innovation Centre, Melbourne.
This course covers the principles of extrusion, the design of extrusion processes and the formulation of extruded products. The program is relevant to the production of all types of extruded products – e.g. expanded snacks, breakfast cereals, pasta and third-generation snack pellets, pet foods and aquafeeds.
For those unable to attend in person or those who prefer remote participation, the entire course, including the practical session, will be live-streamed via Zoom. This will enable remote participants to ask questions and be involved in discussions in real-time. The organization welcomes participation from outside Australia. Streaming will be during Australian business hours.
