Peru is about to complete the anchovy quota with a fishmeal production up at about 540,000 m/t and fish oil at 73,000 m/t.
Prices per m/t FOB vessel Peru port ranged from US$ 1,100/1,120 m/t for 65/66% protein to US$ 1,400/1,420 for 68% protein, 500 hist, 120 TVN. European fishmeal prices are in the range of US$1,460 – $1,835.
