To meet the demand from its customers in France and abroad, MG2MIX inaugurated in January 2020, a second production tower Châteaubourg, France.

The company manufactured 32,000 tons of premix in 2019 (equivalent to 4.4 tons of feed) and to maintain its lead, the firm undertook the construction of a new storage space and production on 1,500 m2 with a second tower to double its production. The total space production

area is now 5,000 m2 with a loading station that weighs, doses and transports components automatically to the tower. The product is then bagged, palletized and sent. The high technology machine park allows complete traceability and increased safety.

MG2MIX also acquired the tool The "fluo" system, which analyzes minerals quickly. The company is the sole owner in its sector and in the world and hopes it will help build customer loyalty and ensure its international development.

Created by Maurice Getain and Gérard Maignan, two technicians in animal nutrition, the company focuses on consulting and the manufacture of premixes for feed manufacturers. In 1992, the company invested in a production tool to manufacture up to 250 tons of premixes per month. The founders rely on research and innovation to differentiate themselves, in partnership with the large technical institutes, feed manufacturers, livestock farmers and veterinarians up to the creation of their own research farms. These research farms make it possible to offer customized solutions, that have been tested according to their customers' needs. The company expanded internationally and is currently present in more than 38 countries around the world.

Last September, the company celebrated its 30th anniversary with a positive balance sheet. It was an opportunity to look back on the expansion of the offices and the production site for an overall investment of €8 million.
