The Aquaculture Roundtable Series (TARS 2015) will take place in Hanoi, from August 19-20 2015. The two-day meeting will explore innovative approaches to optimise feeds and feeding for shrimp, freshwater and marine fish for various culture systems and phases of production; new technologies, including functional feed solutions for better health management, immunity and disease resistance; product innovation and branding considerations to meet changing consumer demand and preferences.

The 21st annual U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Aquaculture Drug Approval Coordination Workshop is scheduled for July 28-30, 2015 at the Holiday Inn in Bozeman, Montana, USA. The 6th Offshore Mariculture Conference has moved dates to September 21–24, 2015. The conference, being held in conjunction with Inapesca and Sepesca,and now with a side session by the FAO, will take place at the Marina Coral Hotel in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.

2016 is the 25th Anniversary of VIctam Asia. \"It seems amazing that the very first Victam Asia event was held in an hotel car park here in Bangkok in 1991\"\' Henk van de Bunt, General Manager, Victam International BV said. \"The event was of course much, much smaller than our current shows in BITEC and in those days not so many people came, in fact less than one thousand AND our exhibitors were happy and demanded that we repeat the whole thing again and now here we are talking about a show in 2016!\"

Traditionally, feed formulation tools have primarily focused on nutrition and resource allocation decisions as the driver for their output. Issues that affect the actual manufacturing of the feeds designed by these tools have been difficult to adequately incorporate. These issues include weighing constraints, effects of ingredients on quality, throughput and energy use and silo availability.
