DIVERSIFY pikeperch workshop in France

The DIVERSIFY project will host a dedicated pikeperch workshop on June 27th 2018 in Nancy, France. The workshop is free to attend and open to all farmers and colleagues with professional interest in the aquaculture of pikeperch. The pikeperch is one of the six species selected for the European project DIVERSIFY, a five-year project for the diversification of the European aquaculture using new/emerging finfish species.

The DIVERSIFY project will host a dedicated pikeperch workshop on June 27th 2018 in Nancy, France. The workshop is open to all farmers and colleagues with professional interest in the aquaculture of pikeperch. 

The workshop is organized by Pascal Fontaine from University of Loraine. Pascal and his team are partners of the DIVERSIFY project where they are working on various aspects around the production of this species. If you want to know more about the pikeperch-related activities of Pascal and colleagues, visit the DIVERSIFY-pikeperch website. The workshop will be held at the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies, University of Loraine, Nancy, France.

Registration for this workshop is free of charge and includes a free lunch. Registration is mandatory. Send an email to the organizer, Pascal Fontaine, by April 30th at the latest. 

The pikeperch (Sander lucioperca) is one of the six species selected for the European project DIVERSIFY (FP7, GA 603121) a five-year project for the diversification of the European aquaculture using new/emerging finfish species. Part of the dissemination activities of DIVERSIFY includes the organization of species-specific knowledge-transfer workshops to facilitate know-how transfer towards fish farmers.
