These accolades recognize entities making remarkable contributions towards achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Receiving the awards on behalf of dsm-firmenich, Weiwen Zhao, manager of precision services GAPAC, dsm-firmenich said that “receiving the Golden Key Champion is not just an acknowledgment of our efforts, it is a testament to the crucial role technology plays in advancing sustainable development, aligning perfectly with the United Nations' SDGs.”

This significant win comes after dsm-firmenich Animal Nutrition & Health announced that Gerd Schatzmayr, head of Global R&D Centers, has for the fourth time, been named in the Highly Cited Researcher list by Clarivate in their 2023 rankings. This recognition is based on the number of research papers that rank in the top 1% by citations for a field and year of publication in the Web of Science™.

It is truly a pleasure to conduct research with so many great scientists as we continue to innovate cutting-edge technologies to solve the challenges of our customers across the value chain to deliver a sustainable food system.”

As one of only 6,938 researchers to be recognized worldwide, Dr.Schatzmayr continues to demonstrate significant and broad influence in his fields of study, having published more than 100 articles, publications and patents on topics such as animal nutrition, gut performance, and mycotoxin risk management.
