Drying and extrusion technology courses will be held in Norway in April. Deadline for registration is on March 21.

Food and feed drying technology. Drying is one of the most common operations in food and feed production. Yet it is often poorly understood and inefficient. This short course in drying technology combines the practical perspective of experienced industry professionals with the in-depth technical knowledge of drying processes. The course will take place from April 11-12. More information and registration here.

Aquafeed extrusion technology. This 3-day course covers the principles of extrusion, the design of extrusion processes for aquatic feeds, as well as how the formulation interacts with the extrusion process. Principles will be demonstrated using the extruder in the Centre for Feed Technology pilot plant. The course will take place from April 15-17. More information and registration here.

Petfood extrusion technology. The course will provide a good background in general extrusion technology, but is specifically directed at the manufacturing of extruded pet food. Principles will be demonstrated using the extruder in the FôrTek pilot plant. The course will take place from April 8 -10. More information and registration here.
