The Marine Stewardship Council\'s Seafood Futures Forum is set to take place during the Seafood Expo Global, April 24-26 in Brussels.

Through the lens of UN Sustainable Development Goal 14 (SDG 14), this year’s Seafood Futures Forum will focus on how to balance the need to live within our oceans’ ecological limits, while ensuring seafood supplies are safeguarded for this and future generations.

MSC will discuss how effective multi-stakeholder engagement can help deliver reductions in overfishing, the eradication of IUU, minimize impacts on habitats and improve science-led management -- all critical components of the MSC program. They will also address the growing expectations around transparency and continuous improvement to ensure the MSC maintains its robust, mission-driven program.

The event will be broadcast live from Brussels Expo. Those attending in person are invited to join MSC for a networking breakfast from 8:30 and further networking until 11:00.
