October 10, 2019

The annual International Feed Regulators Meeting (IFRM), organized by IFIF in cooperation with the FAO, brings together regulators and feed industry professionals from across the globe to informally exchange their thoughts and information, and to explore concrete ways to address jointly common challenges.

The previous IFRM meetings have resulted in a number of important initiatives for the feed sector such as the set up and outcomes of the ad-hoc Codex Intergovernmental Task Force on Animal Feeding; the IFIF Report on “Comparison of regulatory management of authorized ingredients, approval processes, and risk-assessment procedures for feed ingredients”; and the IFIF Regulatory Convergence Project.

The 13th International Feed Regulators Meeting (IFRM), will take place in Atlanta, USA from January 27-28, 2020 prior to the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC).

Government feed regulators are welcomed to attend this event at no fee. Participation at the IFRM is by invitation only. To join the IFRM, contact info@ifif.org. For more information about the IFRM visit International Feed Regulators Meeting.
