Aller Aqua hosts German Minister in Denmark and celebrates 25th anniversary in Poland

The Minister of Economy and Energy from the Federal State of Brandenburg recently visited Aller Aqua to thank them for their investment in the federal state. Also, Aller Aqua Poland recently celebrated its 25th anniversary with a company picnic.

The Minister of Economy and Energy from the Federal State of Brandenburg recently visited Aller Aqua. The visit was part of a tour around Denmark, where he also planned on visiting both Kirkbi and Vestas.

The minister thanked Aller Aqua for their investment in the federal state, and the fruitful cooperation between Brandenburg and Aller Aqua for almost 10 years.

Both Aller Aqua’s CEO, Hans Erik Bylling, and Vice Presindent Henrik T. Halken particpated in the meeting. Hans Erik Bylling explained about Aller Aqua’s rapid expansion and about aquaculture in general.

Aller Aqua’s investment in the federal state goes back to 2006-2008, and comprised approximately 25 million Euros. Emsland-Aller Aqua was founded as a joint venture between Aller Aqua and Emsland-Stärke GmbH. Subsequently, the company built Europe\\\'s most modern fish-feed factory in Golßen, which officially opened on 15th September 2008. The project has now created 80 jobs, in what is now one of Europe’s largest and most modern fish feed factories.

The minister told Hans Erik and Henrik about Brandeburg and the plans for the region. The visit ended with a discussion of the advantages of and the possibilities for prolonging the cooperation.

In addition, Aller Aqua Poland recently celebrated its 25th anniversary with a company picnic. More than 350 people, comprising fish farmers, institutions, organisational representatives, suppliers of goods and services, management and employees of Aller Aqua Poland and special guests from Denmark were gathered for fun and reminiscing.
