Andrew Mallison is no longer CEO of the Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA). Mallison has accepted a new role as strategic advisor to GAA’s executive committee, which is part of the organization’s board of directors. Wally Stevens will act as GAA’s CEO until a replacement is found.

The Global Aquaculture Alliance remains committed to responsible aquaculture through its pre-competitive education and advocacy work as well as through its industry-leading Best Aquaculture Practices third-party certification program. Its commitment to the global seafood community remains steady and resolute as the organization undergoes changes to the leadership team.
