Animal feed quality body continues Salmonella-Critical Feed Materials List

The board of the Product Board Animal Feed (PDV) has decided to continue with its list of Salmonella-critical feed materials for 2005/2006.

The board of the Product Board Animal Feed (PDV) has decided to continue with its list of Salmonella-critical feed materials for 2005/2006.

 

This list is included in GMP18b and contains the following feed materials:

  • European sunflower seed extracted
  • Rape seed extracted and flakes
  • South American Soya meal and flakes
  • Toasted Soya beans
  • Untreated fishmeal
  • French wheat bran
  • Eggshells
The evaluation of the plan for Salmonella control in the animal feed sector 2004 shows the results of internal company Salmonella monitoring of compound feeds and feed materials. The board of the Product Board Animal Feed adopted this evaluation on 7 June. See Quality Series no. 107.
