The California Sea Grant College Program is soliciting proposals for projects to begin on/after February 1, 2020. Faculty and academic staff from universities and scientists from research institutions throughout California are invited to apply. 11 to 14 projects are expected to be funded and budgets should range from $25,000 to $80,000.  

Applicants must propose to conduct research that addresses the Sustainable Fisheries and Aquaculture Goal 2: Provide science-based information to support and grow a sustainable California aquaculture industry to help meet the growing demand for seafood, and minimize negative socio-economic and environmental impacts of aquaculture.
