CANADA - Kuterra improving FCRs

Garry Ullstrom, CEO of Kuterra, Canada’s first land raised Atlantic salmon, gave an update on the company’s progress at a recent conference held by the Aquaculture Association of Canada. Kuterra is currently working with its sixth cohort of Atlantic salmon smolts and FCRs have improved from 1.25 in cohort 1 to 1.8 in the last cohort harvested.
