GMP+ Appendix 10 ‘Minimum Purchasing Requirements’ amended

The Central College of Experts for the Feed Sector has made a number of amendments to GMP+ Appendix 10 ‘Minimum Purchasing Requirements’

The amendments in Appendix 10 are as follows:

The period of validity of the Grains Protocol (included in Appendix 4) has been extended by 1 year. The protocol can now still be used until 1 July 2010. A newsletter about this appeared recently which you can find here.

In its most recent meeting the College also decided to make a change to the Palm Oil Protocol (included in Appendix 6). The specified minimum analysis frequencies during the purchasing of palm oil products have been amended.

The opportunity has also been taken to make a few editorial changes.
