Neovia acquires Epicore and signs agreement with Naturex

Neovia is strengthening its portfolio with the recent acquisition of Epicore, a North American company specialized in the manufacture of larval feed and probiotics on the global aquaculture market, and a newly signed partnership with Naturex, a French company specialized in the production and marketing of natural ingredients. 

The partnership with Naturex will enable the two companies to combine their activities to develop new natural and innovative solutions that meet the needs of the animal nutrition and health market.

“Our collaboration with Naturex has been given a new rise with the signature of this long-term scientific partnership,\" stated Hubert de Roquefeuil, CEO of Neovia. \"This agreement opens up very interesting R&D perspectives. It gives us the opportunity to promote the international development of several of our activities, in a context of increased consumer demands for alternative sources to medicines. “

Neovia\'s acquisition of Epicore will allow the two companies to benefit from numerous synergies worldwide, particularly with regards to R&D and innovation. Neovia’s aquaculture business will also benefit from an expanded portfolio of products and services as well as new expertise in the production of probiotics, first for aquaculture species and then for the Group’s other species.
