New Indian Aquafeed Company

Godrej Agrovet form JV with Gold Coin Group to create new company: Godrej Gold Coin Aquafeed

Godrej Agrovet is reported to have signed an agreement with Gold Coin Group to form a joint venture in India: Godrej Gold Coin Aquafeed.
Gold Coin Group will hold a majority shareholding in the new company, with 51% of the sahres. Godrej Agrovet will control 49% of the shares.
