Salmofood made important changes in its management structure to provide a better service to its customers and with a focus on the digital transformation driven by its parent company Vitapro.

Ernesto Passalacqua, who was commercial manager of Vitapro Chile since 2015, was named business manager, managing all the company's technical advisers, who until now were under the technical assistance management and after-sales team. This reinforces Vitapro Chile’s technical and commercial approach to provide clients with complete support in all aspects of their business. “We want to give our clients a more personalized service, with an emphasis on collaboration to obtain the best productive results. This restructuring is the result of the work that we have been doing for the last couple of years, in which we place the client at the center of our operation,” said Passalacqua.

Héctor Herrera, who had held the position of manager of technical assistance and after-sales, was named manager of Digital Services and Fish Ecosystem. “This change reflects Vitapro's strong commitment to digital transformation in the aquaculture business. With the creation of this new management team, we will be able to deepen even more in innovative tools such as PatagonIA, offering a complete service to our clients,” said Herrera.

This new organization chart will allow Salmofood to enter fully into the digital area with a strong team of highly qualified technical advisers and with a more commercial profile.
