Skretting Technical Assistance has been working this year to enhance and expand the scope of its training workshops for clients, NUtraining program.

During the first semester of 2019, a team carried out 8 workshops, mainly focused on providing technical and operational advice and support, supervisors and managers of the different Skretting companies in Chile, for both freshwater as for sea water.

Salmones Austral, Blumar, Ventisqueros, Aquagen, Marine Farm, Camanchaca, Odinseafoods and Multiexport Foods were the companies that received training through the different formats that Skretting offers as alternatives, either in their own offices in Osorno, Pargua or Puerto Montt, or in the field, according to the client's requirements. During these workshops, attendees could learn, in depth, the different technical aspects that impact production such as the use of photoperiod, the benefits of micro-rations and data on nutrition and strategic use of diets, in addition to reviewing the productive results of the Skretting Chile’s database.

Rodrigo González, Product Manager of Information of Skretting Chile, said that these workshops aim "to support our clients in the achievement of their objectives, enhancing the feed efficiency through the incorporation of the best practices in their farms." In addition, González points out the importance of these workshops, both for clients and for the company's commercial team. "At Skretting we are working to provide tailored advices to our clients to meet their specific requirements. It completes the offer of products and services that Skretting has for the industry.”
