Jean-Marc Dublanc plans to retire in July 2023 after 16 years at Adisseo, of which 12 were as chief executive officer.
The company appointed Frédéric Jacquin as chief operation officer and deputy president who will drive all operations worldwide after Dublanc retires. A new CEO will be appointed later in the year.
Dublanc, as a non-executive board member of Bluestar Adisseo China company, will keep providing his expertise to the Bluestar Group and oversee strategic orientations for the future of Adisseo after his retirement.
