Alltech lecture tour provides continuing education opportunity

Alltech, a global leader in animal health, will be offering members of the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists (ARPAS) an opportunity for two continuing education units (CEUs) as part of its annual North American Lecture Tour.

"This really speaks to the level of information Alltech is able to provide to our industry," said Dr. Pearse Lyons, president and founder of Alltech. "I'm looking forward to talking with animal science professionals and others involved with agriculture and sharing our knowledge and our vision with them."

The theme for the tour is "The Feed Cost Puzzle: Performance or Profitability," and will provide a forum to share and learn how the latest technologies and practices can sustain and elevate our businesses. Alltech's experts will address topics such as selenium and immune function, creating a positive bottom line through fiber utilization, and functional protein to enhance the lifetime animal performance.
