Alltech's continued growth brings on new management structure and new hires for 2008

Alltech, a global leader in animal health and nutrition, has recently changed its management structure and introduces Ty Yeast as the new director of sales for North America. Yeast brings 12 years of experience with Alltech and has also directed its Canadian region for three years. Dr. Tyler Bramble will serve as regional sales director for the western U.S. and Geoff Frank will be regional sales director for the eastern U.S.  The managers will oversee a North American Sales force that is in excess of 50 salespeople. 

Alltech has also brought a large number of new faces to its North American team, including these appointments:

Jackie Heyden joins Alltech as marketing coordinator for Ontario. Previously, she held an account executive position with AdFarm, working on Novartis Animal Health and Bayer CropScience accounts. She holds an advanced marketing and business administration diploma from Conestoga College.

Matt Hill joins Alltech as a marketing coordinator, working out of the company's corporate headquarters in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Prior to joining Alltech, he pursued an MBA from the University of Kentucky. He holds a marketing degree from Oklahoma State University.

Brandon McBrayer joins Alltech as a tradeshow and marketing assistant working out of the company's corporate headquarters in Nicholasville, Kentucky. He holds a corporate communications degree from the University of Kentucky.

Nicole Richardson joins Alltech as marketing coordinator for its Idaho territory. Before accepting her current position, Richardson served as a marketing intern in with Alltech California. She holds an agricultural communications degree from California State University, Fresno.

Kate Roberts joins Alltech as marketing coordinator for western Canada. Previously, she held a marketing and communications position with Land O'Lakes Canada. She holds a marketing management degree from the University of Guelph.

Erika Scharnagl joins Alltech as marketing coordinator for its Georgia territory. Previously, she held a sales and marketing position with an auto dealer magazine covering North Florida and South Georgia. She holds an advertising degree from the University of Florida.

Ty Slone joins Alltech as Executive Assistant to North American Marketing Manager, Elizabeth Bagby. Previously, she held a position in the office of former Kentucky Governor, Ernie Fletcher. She holds a degree in marketing communications from the University of Kentucky.

Megan Taylor joins Alltech as territory sales manager in the Southeast United States. Prior to joining Alltech, she pursued a Ph.D. in ruminant nutrition from Virginia Tech. She holds a master's of science degree in ruminant nutrition and a bachelor's of science degree in animal science.
