Palma Jordan Named Marketing Director for Schering-Plough’s Aquaculture Business Unit

Schering-Plough Animal Health Corporation has appointed Palma Jordan as marketing director for the company’s global Aquaculture Business Unit. 

Jordan is responsible for developing strategic planning, marketing programs and support materials for the company’s rapidly expanding line aquaculture products, including the broad-spectrum antibiotic AQUAFLOR® (florfenicol) and the in-feed parasiticide SLICE® (emamectin benzoate).  She is also responsible for the company’s U.S. aquaculture business.

Jordan brings more than 25 years of animal health experience to her position.  Since joining Schering-Plough Animal Health in 1981, she has worked in research and both international and domestic marketing.  Since 2003, she was senior marketing manager for the Aquaculture Business Unit. 

Jordan has a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and lives in Cranford, N.J.
