TripleNine fishmeal firm gains GMP certification

Danish company is the first fishmeal factory in the world to obtain GMP13-certification to Dutch Standards
April 28, 2004

Managing Director of TripleNine, Nils Chr. Jensen, says the Danish company is the  first fishmeal factory in the world to obtain GMP13-certification to Dutch Standards (Good Manufacturing Practice). "In short, this means that we have our production under control. This control ensures that we behave in a sensible manner so that our products are free from contaminants, be it chemical, biological or any other form", he said in the company's newsletter.

Jensen said the control system for 999's stores is almost in place, which will provide  the ability to form a complete overview of all their stores, "a prerequisite to us living up to the demand for control of origin throughout the whole production process", he said.
