Skretting Chile will hold a second cycle of the Fish Great Talks series. Innovation is the corporate value that defines each Skretting Chile proposal, from the creation of products and services to the execution of projects and new ideas for its clients. Today, more than ever, creativity and the desire to stay close have been key in the implementation of ideas such as online technical assistance.

“During the last year, we were able to position this idea, which seeks to provide a different perspective that allows generating new conversations and possibilities in the national aquaculture sector. Today, we are challenged with new forms of communication and we consider the possibility of carrying out this new cycle in an online way that meets the expectations of the company and our clients that rewarded us with high attendance at the Fish Great Talks during 2019,” said Rodrigo Sinn, commercial and marketing manager.

The first talk will be held on May 14 and will be given by Juan Carlos Eichholz, a leading analyst, organizational consultant and speaker on leadership, adaptation and business strategy issues. “The focus of this first talk seeks the leadership skills of team leaders in times of adaptation, flexibility and creativity to redefine new ways of working that challenge to change the approach,” said Sinn.

Eichholz said that this talk will focus on the questions that each leader must face in a complex scenario. “When circumstances change so dramatically, what does my organization have to change and what should I change in my role? A failure in asking these questions could lead to a dangerous evasion.”

The webinar will be available exclusively to Skretting Chile clients, who will receive an online invitation to participate in this innovative virtual chat. The multinational plans to carry out different virtual events while maintaining the precautionary measures defined by the health authority against the coronavirus pandemic.
