Jason Mann appointed Managing Director for EWOS Canada, succeeding Ross Grierson, who is retiring.

Born in Duncan, on Vancouver Island near the areas where fish farming and forestry are concentrated, Jason has been with EWOS Canada for over 25 years; in many functional roles locally and internationally.

“Jason Mann has been with EWOS Canada for more than 25 years. He has contributed significantly not only to the success of EWOS Canada in their home market, but also to the entire EWOS Group through his knowledge in feed and fish farming. He is thus a globally highly respected aquaculturist, and I am very happy that he has accepted the task of being the new Managing Director of EWOS Canada”, says Acting EWOS COO Einar Wathne.

Jason Mann was hired at EWOS in 1987 and has had a number of positions, as Quality Assurance Manager, Plant Manager and Director of Purchasing and Nutrition. Jason

graduated from the University of B.C. in 1985 with a B.Sc. degree in Agriculture (Animal Nutrition) and in 1987 with a M.Sc. (Feed Chemistry).

“I would also like to thank Ross Grierson for his many successful years leading EWOS Canada, and wish him all the best in his retirement”, said Einar Wathne.
