Ocialis Vietnam aquafeed plants received GlobalGap certification in September. This certification is one more step in Ocialis strategy to help seafood professionals to develop a specific traced and secured network, especially for tropical fish such as pangasius.

Ocialis has been a member of Globalgap since 2009 and it has actively participated in the development of the Pangasius standards.

Ocialis has also build specific private standards with European buyers that requires more demanding specifications. For example with Davigel (from Nestlé group), Ocialis has used a unique technical tool called “The Fish House” to help the fish producer to respond to the buyer’s needs. This technical centre is placed in the heart of the Mekong delta and it provides farmer and processor all its expertise in terms of nutrition, health, farming, product quality etc … Combined with the expertise and research capabilities of its parent company INVIVO NSA,  it gives a unique differentiation to the seafood buyers and complete transparency to the farming and processing process.

Ocialis, the aquaculture brand of Evialis, manufactures and sells feed for shrimp and fish in Vietnam, Brazil, Mexico, France and Indonesia. It also manufactures and sells aquaculture premix and additives in France, China, India and South Africa. Ocialis  ranks third, behind Cargill (USA) and CP (Thailand) in the worldwide tropical aquaculture feed market.

Evialis is the feed division of INVIVO NSA, a world specialist in animal nutrition and health. INVIVO NSA has 75 manufacturing sites in more than 18 countries around the world. Its turnover is 1.4 billion Euros.
